E. Escher was both formed and incorporated, April 1990 in the state of Georgia. The initial location was a 300 sq. ft. space located in a small warehouse in Chamblee, GA.
Today, E. Escher resides in a 10,000 sq. ft office/warehouse space in Roswell, GA. Though prime contracting is our continued strength, growth of the company has been due primarily to cultivating strong relationships with favorable general contractors.
The Principals of E. Escher have learned from the practice of construction development that the effort to achieve a quality project begins in the design and planning stage, through documents and details, permitting and subcontractor qualification, and continues daily throughout construction.
Since day one, a core value at E. Escher is the strong belief that our success is predicated on the quality of our employees. We are proud of our integrated management team and believe our extensive knowledge and high level of customer service make us imminently qualified to work with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to complete projects on time and on budget.
Our experience includes HVAC Budget Development, Mechanical Budget Development, Design-Build Mechanical Systems, Design-Build HVAC Systems, Project Management, Engineering, and Construction Management At-Risk Services.
Our project in-house field installations includes Process Piping, Clean Room Installations, Sheet Metal & Pipe Fabrication, Plumbing (Underground Water, Sanitary, Storm Piping, Natural Gas and Special Services Installations), Complete Plumbing Systems for projects ranging in diversity from Research Laboratories, Hotels, Malls and Office Buildings, Domestic Water and Sewage Pumping Systems, Certified Installation of Medical and High Purity Gas Systems, and Welding and Fusion Welding for various Steel and Plastic Piping applications.
